HYLEBEAUTY (HONEY NAIL SUPPLY) Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing HYLEBEAUTY as your preferred brand. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of our commitment, we offer a battery warranty and this policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage. 

Warranty Period: The battery warranty period for HYLEBEAUTY products within 3 months for lights with 78 watt to 6 months for lights with 98 watt from the date of purchase. This includes defects in materials, battery life, or any issue that affect the normal operations of the products.  

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following: 

- Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or neglect of the product. 

- Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. 

- Damages caused by accidents and external factors beyond our control. 

However, if you experienced any exclusions above, we offer a repair at the store. All you need is leaving the products in the store and we will fix for you up to 7 days. 

If you have any problems with HYLEBEAUTY product during the warranty period, please follow these steps: a. Contact our store  b. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date . c. Describe the issue you are facing in detail, including any error messages or symptoms. d. Our staff will guide you.
